Hot SeatDescriptionThe Hot Seat job exists solely as a backup in case someone does not show up at the meeting to perform their job. The person in the hot seat is an experienced club member and may be called upon to fill any job including Toastmaster and Speaker.
Responsibilities prior to meetingBe prepared to fulfill ANY meeting role by having jokes, 4 or 5 table topics, thought of the day, speeches and words of the day ready to go. Responsibilities during meetingFill in where required. Special notesPrepare as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. |
