Club #83 Mentoring Program

Descriptions of meeting roles and responsibilities can be found in the links above.

As a new member of club #83, you will be attending and participating in our weekly meetings, be giving speeches, evaluations and be called upon for Table Topics and be responsbile for other meeting jobs.

A Toastmaster's meeting is very structured and has some unusual procedures and customs which take awhile to figure out. The Toastmasters Educational Program is also very structured, and it's designed to maximize your time in the club. To assist you in all the new areas you will experience, the Mentoring Coordinator will assign you an experienced club member as a mentor.

Use this person as a resource. Ask questions. Ask for feedback. The mentor has responsibilities to you as outlined in the mentoring job description link above. Please review your mentors role and make the most of this asset!
